Hi, my name is Helen Sayre. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida. I've been in private practice for over 10 years. The last year and a half I've been practicing via telehealth. I have seen a variety of populations with just as many different issues. I have treated clients with mood disorders, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, chronic pain, grief/bereavement, trauma- related problems, and specific phobias among others.
I truly enjoy getting to meet new people and learn their stories. My approach is cognitive behavioral and solution focused as well as humanistic. Ultimately, I work with you to come up with the best treatment plan for your specific needs.
I will check my messages at least twice daily (in the morning and evening) on Mondays through Thursdays and again at least once on Saturdays or Sundays. I have availability for live chat or video on Mondays through Thursdays from 8am-9am and 4pm-5pm, but this could change depending on the week. I know how difficult it can be for some of you to reach out for help. I applaud this first step. Growth happens from change, and I'm here to walk with you during this time of growth.
