Throughout the course of life many of us have experienced challenges around getting needs met, and feeling entirely safe within our environments. Many of the tools we develop to emotionally survive our experiences can later become automatic interpersonal response systems that we operate from long after they serve us. This can impact the relationship we have with ourselves and others. I strive to bring the utmost compassion and insight into the room while we work together to figure out how one's way of being in the world can become more aligned with the demands and concerns of the present circumstance.

Together we will identify how various systems impact mental health and well-being. Unpacking personal identity components while utilizing a strength-based approach is a process that should be collaborative, and can be empowering if done in a safe and comfortable environment. The result is often decreased anxiety and an overall increase in life satisfaction.
