As a Licensed Professional Counselor with 25 years of experience, I have a strong background helping clients change harmful patterns, build solid relationships, and achieve happy, fulfilling lives.
My formal education consists of a Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, a Master's Degree in Cross-Cultural Studies, and a Master's of Divinity in Theology.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I use worksheets, handouts, videos, and personality tests to help you develop tools to bring more harmony to your life and relationships.

I help you work through issues systematically, so you feel empowered to move forward with confidence.
