Helayne is a therapist who works with children, adolescents and adults in individual, family and group therapy. A variety of techniques will be utilized and a personalized plan scripted to help you build on strengths and effective coping skills. Together you will be examining systems in your life; tapping into personal insights, releasing negativity, shifting cognitive distortions and positive perspective taking. Helayne is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Systems and Psychodynamic theory.
