I am a licensed clinical social worker with many years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship issues, parenting and career challenges. I’ve helped many people who have experienced past traumas and current stressors navigate and overcome these obstacles to achieve their life goals.

My therapeutic approach combines person-centered, narrative, CBT, psychodynamic from a lens that is trauma-informed, strengths-based and solution-focused.
