Hello there, I'm Heidi. My calling for the past 7 years has been to help teens and young adults who have experienced child abuse, dating violence & sexual assault. I also have experience working with depression, anxiety, grief, loss, and self-esteem. You deserve to be heard and safe while you begin to heal and grow from the struggles and obstacles you have faced. Together, we will explore what is not working for you, and help you find ways to cope, manage, and restore balance to your life. My approach draws on your strengths, and evidence-based techniques, and provides helpful resources for you. I'm here to meet you where you are and work at your pace. Let's work alongside one another to meet your goals!
