I am a masters level clinical therapist fully licensed in the state of Michigan with almost 30 years experience in individual and group therapy. I have extensive experience in assisting with autism, mood management, anger management, and focus. I also have knowledge and background in sports psychology, coaching, nutrition, and motivation. My therapeutic style is warm and relationship based. I believe in supporting you in achieving the goals that you identify for yourself. We will work together as a team as I assist to empower you in the process of identifying healthy ways to achieve and maintain your personal goals.
