I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Minnesota and Arizona with 25 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I am highly skilled in helping teens navigate the stage of adolescence. I also have experience working with career difficulties and compassion fatigue.
