I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and Certified Trauma Therapist using evidence-based interventions with over 16 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families who experience a variety of symptoms related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transition difficulties. As a Certified Integrative Medicine Mental Health Practitioner I go beyond traditional therapeutic interventions providing additional holistic wellness solutions.
The therapeutic process provides the client an opportunity to self-reflect, gain new insights, and build new belief systems. It offers the client permission to create a life to support personal health and well-being according to them. My style is engaging and relational; I am interested in getting to know YOU. My role is to listen to your point-of-view and offer feedback and direction in a supportive way that encourages you to explore your circumstances, raise your awareness, and then make changes to move forward toward a more fulfilling life. I believe all of my clients have the capacity to take control of their circumstances, and it is my job to lead you inwards to access that strength and ability.

Our work will start with taking time to develop a trusting relationship where you will feel empowered to take healthy risks and uncover strengths, some of which you may not have been aware existed! We will identify resources and practice tools and strategies that will build competence and confidence in you. Together in therapy, we will create momentum to achieve your goals.
