Hi, my name is Heidi and I have been working in the field of mental health for five years, working with adults, children, and families. I obtained my LMHC in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fitchburg State University 5 years ago. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, parenting problems, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, and a many more. I employ many modalities including CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and DBT.

I am a person centered counselor who enjoys problem solving and getting to the root of your concerns. I meet you where you are and move along at a pace that suits you. I believe all problems can be resolved with the right attitude and therapeutic relationship.
