Heide Forrister, MA, received her Master's of Mental Health Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary. Heide has specialized training in trauma therapy, play therapy, and interventions for all ages. Heide previously worked with children and adolescents in a community health setting. She utilized play therapy and expressive arts as a way of providing clients with a safe place to process through emotions and experiences. As well as counseling children, Heide has offered therapy to adults working through a variety of issues such as relationship difficulties, trauma, and emotional instability. Heide is passionate about providing exemplary mental health care services for any individual seeking treatment.
