I'm a LCSW in the State of Florida and have been practicing for a little over five years. I work closely with military and veteran populations, but have experience with other demographics. I primarily use CBT and Motivational Interviewing in my practice. I like to use worksheets to help add to the clients tool box. I enjoy walking alongside my clients as they set goals and journey through life. The first step is to reach out for help, I'm here to guide you through the next steps!
