Experience working with adolescents, couples and adults experiencing a variety of challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, adoption-related concerns, relationship issues, grief and parenting issues. I utilize a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Mindfulness, DBT and Family therapy to assist people in working towards building healthy relationships and learning to cope with stressful life events in healthy ways. Prior experience includes Military Family Life Counselor, Clinical therapist at a Residential treatment center for adolescents, Private practice and clinical work in an injury and pain clinic.
