I am licensed professional counselor in both Alaska and Colorado, with 6 years of professional work experience. I've helped clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, self- motivation, self-esteem, and finding more confidence. I work with clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I've been described as warm and accepting, helpful and supportive.
