I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with over ten (10) years of experience working with a variety of individuals with addiction, anger, and relationship issues. I also have experience working with clients concerned with depression, anxiety, and ADHD.

In our therapy sessions, you will be treated with respect and compassion. It's important to me that I learn about you and what brought you to me. My job is to help you answer your own questions and use the strengths you already have to address the challenges you face.

I utilize a number of therapeutic strategies you may be familiar with, such as cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and rational-emotive therapies. What all that means is that we have a lot of tools we can employ to meet your unique needs and specific goals.
