My eclectic approach utilizes proven therapeutic techniques to help you better understand you, your situation, goals, and how to achieve that which you desire. Some situations I often work with include the following: learning how to better communicate, transitioning through life's changes, managing stress, challenging anxious and depressive thought patterns, and dealing with the changes that occur after a physical health diagnosis.
