I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Florida with over 10 years of experience working as a counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, co-dependency, and substance abuse/addiction. I also helped many people who struggle with trust and developing relationships.

My counseling style is compassionate and gentle. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness and solution - focus therapy. I want to have a conversation and treatment plan to address your needs and meet your goals.

Change is tough and it takes strength and courage to enter into an uncomfortable space. We can all do tough things, so if you are ready to take that step I am here to guide and support you.
