Reaching out and asking for help takes courage. Especially when that help involves discussing personal experiences which may bring up negative thoughts about ourselves and make us feel vulnerable. My goal is to assist you to become more aware of the unique strengths and characteristics you already possess which will allow you to navigate your current life circumstances with greater self-awareness and confidence, while you develop person-centered alternatives. My door is open for individuals who are specifically looking to identify and address the Cause. This chosen process examines childhood wounds to resolve current symptoms. We develop an experience of safety so you can move toward optimal growth, healing, recovery, and ultimately resiliency to situations that challenge old ways of thinking. A list of how to or quick tips are not sustainable and potentially increases anxiousness and worry that is difficult to control. We cannot think our way out of problems.
