Most likely, you've answered yes to at least one of these areas of concern. You are not alone; in the emotions, experiences, and pain that come with life. I believe that every person who seeks counseling has their own answers to their unique situations and my job is to facilitate finding those answers. My style is relational and collaborative, respecting your pace and autonomy in therapy. I have nearly 19 years of experience and specialize in grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, phase of life issues, peer relationships, coping skills, stress identification and reduction, trauma, and women's issues.
