Hello my name is Heather Hester and I am bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Texas Woman’s University in Denton, TX and graduated with my Master’s degree in Social Work from Texas A&M Commerce in Commerce, TX. Therapeutic skills include Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness-based therapy. My goal is to support people by non-judgmentally meeting them where they are and walking alongside them to discover and empower their true potential. You don't have to go through this alone!
