I have worked with clients on a variety of issues to include: depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, career concerns, phase of life issues, parenting challenges, etc.

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, humanistic, interpersonal, motivation interviewing, and solution-focused therapy techniques.
