She/her pronouns. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker based in Western Massachusetts. My work and professional experience is broad, including from care coordination with children and their families, individual therapy with children and adults, and I am currently working overnights in a hospital emergency department doing behavioral health and crisis interventions. I specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, substance use and addiction, trauma and adjustment disorders, and LGBTQ+. My approach to treatment is person-centered, goal oriented, individualized, and based on what your needs are. I make it a priority to have high competency with regards to one's culture and ethnicity, gender and sexuality, religion and spirituality, and how these identities influence the how the individual understands themself and interfaces with their world around them.

You have already come so far; it isn't easy to ask for help. If you are ready to challenge that which holds you back, I am here to be a nonjudgmental and supportive guide, and to provide morale boosting and cheerleading as needed or requested.

I provide live video, chat, and phone sessions. I'm available for video, phone, and chat sessions between 11am-6pm on Thursdays. On Sundays and Tuesdays I offer sessions at 11am and 12pm. I open up availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays based on my personal schedule each week. I check my messages daily at 11am and after 5pm. I'll be mindful not to respond to messages after 11pm, but I apologize in advance if it does happen.
