Hello and welcome!! We spend so much of our lives focusing on others. Whether that be in the role of a parent, child, partner, co-worker, teacher, friend, or any of the different relationships that we have in life. Unfortunately, too many people do not take the time to focus on themselves until there is problem effecting multiple areas of your life. No matter where you are in that struggle, you have taken the first step in giving yourself the time and support you deserve. I often like to remind people that you have to take care of yourself in order to be able to take care of others. Grant yourself that time and the support.

My name is Heather and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Florida. I have been providing therapeutic and supportive counseling for over 10 years and I hope that I have the opportunity to help you. I have experience working with individuals and families of varying ages on issues ranging from stress, loss, conflict, trauma, and the general issues of life. In my career I have worked in many modalities of counseling, and find it best to meld a few to find the best way to help and support my clients.
