I am a licensed therapist. I specialize in effective communication for conflict resolution. I provide individual counseling and couples therapy. I help clients gain insight and understanding of themselves and others. In addition to specializing in relationships, I work with individuals who experience anxiety and depression. My goal is to help others live happier, healthier and more productive lives. I help clients work through shame and resistance, heal from past break ups, recover from infidelity, improve confidence, increase optimism, and develop skills to handle stressors and accomplish their goals.
