I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years experience working with teens, adults and families with varying treatment issues, concerns and struggles. I have worked with individuals in many capacities, including residential treatment, in home individual and family therapy, school based therapy and within an elementary/middle school counseling role. Finding the right clinician is a big step in the process.
I use an integrated treatment philosophy that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with other therapeutic modalities, in a client centered, strength based approach. Whether you are struggling with a situational challenge or have long term obstacles that you are ready to address, we will work together to identify your goals.
