Welcome to Find A Therapist! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Approved Supervisor (LPC-S) licensed in Texas with 20 years of counseling experience working in various settings. I have worked with clients whose concerns include, but are not limited to: depression, anxiety, relationships, addictions, LGBTQ+ issues, loss and grief, career, spirituality, and personal growth and development.

My counseling style is warm and collaborative.I strive to provide a safe and welcoming space that encourages clients to share what they need to share with me, as comfortably as possible. My approach combines primarily cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and psychodynamic modalities. Depending on your specific needs and readiness for change, you and I will discover your goals and identify ways best suited for you to achieve them. I will check-in with you throughout the counseling process to make sure that our work together feels like a good fit for you. It is very important that you feel heard, understood, accepted, and empowered. It takes courage to reach out for help, and to take the first step towards change. I applaud you.
