Greetings! I’m Heather Kemper, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker originally from Georgia, now living in Arkansas. I’m excited about the opportunity to partner with you and be a part of your journey. You’ve taken the first step by exploring your options, kudos! I have 20 years of experience working with people of all ages, primarily in outpatient counseling and in higher education. I am particularly drawn to working with women who are navigating challenging seasons of their lives. I’m fond of college students who are exploring their career, calling and vocation options, professionals who are navigating job challenges, women in relationships trying to find balance, mothers who may have lost their identity in caring for their families or countless other varieties of challenging situations. I would love to hear your story and work together on the next chapter.

In addition to traditional therapy methods I find value in enhancing the therapy experience by using tools like the enneagram, CliftonStrengths, and spiritual gifts assessments. I believe in the value of self-reflection and personal work to get to know ourselves better, find our true motives, and study our own behaviors and reactions with the goal of improving all facets of our lives, particularly those places we feel stuck.
