Hi! I'm so glad you stopped by. My name is Heather Braun. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have had the privilege of providing counseling for the past 9 years and have worked with clients from every walk of life. My approach to therapy is warm, empathic and compassionate. I believe that you are the expert of your experiences and my role is to support you in creating the change you want in your life.

I use a holistic, integrative and evidenced based approach to client-centered therapy, using cognitive behavioral techniques, family systems work, dialectical behavior interventions, solution-focused therapy and trauma informed care. Additionally, I think it's important to augment the therapeutic process with creativity, imagination and humor, along with practical solutions and concrete goals.
