Heather Grogan received her Bachelor's in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. She went on to receive her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. She has experience working with adults within a community mental health setting and has worked with clients within many departments including the Assertive Community Treatment program, Integrated Home Health program, Outpatient, and Residential.

Heather's approach with clients is client centered. Her goal is to create a therapeutic alliance with her clients and to foster a non-judgemental, safe environment based on trust. Modalities she uses are evidence based and include, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectal behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution focused therapy. She works with adults and couples who are struggling to find ways to cope with issues that hold them back from feeling fulfilled.
