I like to say the squirrel is real and so is ADHD. You don't have to feel this way. It can get better. Sometimes with ADHD and anxiety we can be diagnosed at a young age or it gets missed and we are struggling as adults. Do you find yourself unable to finish projects at work or around the house? Do you have trouble focusing and organizing your life? Do you have issues with attention and impulse control? These are all normal for ADHD and I can help. I also understand how frustrating it can be to parent a child with ADHD and I can help with this as well. I am trained in anxiety disorders as well.
I specialize in ADHD and anxiety. My theory is you go to a specialist when you go for medical care and deserve the same for your mental health. I work with adults and older teens with ADHD and parents of children with ADHD to understand their disorder, stop feeling shame about it, and gaining the skills needed to help. I am trained in anxiety disorders.

I have been a clinical social worker for 9 years in Westminster, CO. I have trained in the Untied Kingdom and the U.S. I bring a variety of different insights from the different cultures and communities I have worked with.
