I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Southwest Michigan with 3+ years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, bipolar disorder, & depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I approach therapy with a level of understanding and empathy for individuals I work with, knowing how difficult life can be at times. I take into consideration culture, religion, and an individuals beliefs and values. I believe that it is important to know only get to know each individual but learn their stories, and how together we can work to find our best self.

My therapeutic approach can include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focused, Trauma Focused, Person Centered Therapy, and can include a number of different coping skills that can be effective for each individual I am working with. My therapy techniques are always tailored to each individual and never the same. We are each our own person and therefore deserve a treatment specifically for us!
