Hello and welcome! I am a licensed clinical social worker in Texas, with 13 years of professional work experience. The majority of my experience has been with in and outpatient mental health treatment, addiction treatment, and school social work. I have experience working with clients struggling with stress and anxiety, mood issues, addiction issues, relationship issues & interpersonal issues, life-transition issues, & self-image struggles.

My therapeutic style tends to be empathetic, understanding, compassionate, non-judgemental, collaborative, and attentive. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgement. Therapy techniques and modalities can be unique for each client. I tend to use client-centered and solution-focused techniques.
