Hello and Welcome to my therapy practice. I have 13 successful years experience with counseling adults to further build self-awareness and greater relationships with themselves and others. I educate clients on practical coping skills to manage their moods leading to improved quality of life. My advanced Compassionate Focused Therapy training is one of my leading therapeutic skills that compliments clients wanting to increase self-compassionate language and behaviors that are encouraging rather than discouraging. I'm passionate about helping others and have been very successful at assisting people in reducing their critical voice within & updating their mindset to access their compassionate brains.
