I am an individual and couples therapist licensed in Utah with over 3 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, mid-life changes, and career challenges. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My counseling style is compassionate and understanding. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I treat the client not the diagnosis.
