Hello, my name is Heather Dalmases and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I am passionate about helping and partnering with individuals to become the best version of themselves that is true and authentic. I have been working in the field of social work for more than 20 years. I completed my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology at Saint Joseph’s College and my Master’s Degree in Social Work at Adelphi University. My approach My approach is eclectic and versatile and will adjust with your needs to include various theoretical approaches. My focus My therapeutic experience includes working with adults, teens, children, couples, and families, navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, stress, relational issues, trauma, substance abuse, life transitions, self-esteem, domestic violence, LGBTQ+, parenting, and grief and loss. My communication style My goal is your goal. We will partner together to get you to where you want to be. Together we will connect, explore, and navigate through experiences, circumstances, and more to find mindful solutions toward positive life changes and healing.
