I am licensed in Oklahoma with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I believe you are the expert of your own world, and I utilize strategies from CBT, DBT and neuroscience to assist you in developing practical strategies to help you manage and regulate your emotions and improve your thoughts.
