Mental health challenges can feel isolating and difficult to overcome without help. It is my experience that a meaningful relationship with the right therapist can be healing and create long-lasting change. I enjoy working with people of all ages, particularly young women dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, trauma, or loss. I utilize a non-judgmental, empathetic approach to build a therapeutic relationship that is both encouraging and uplifting. I consider it an honor to sit with people during pivotal, and sometimes painful stages of their lives.
I provide a safe environment to navigate the challenges of life; and to help you build your own inner resources. I work from an eclectic perspective, emphasizing strengths-based theory, humanistic psychology, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapies.
