About
With a warm hello, I’d like to introduce myself to the Grow Therapy community. My practice in professional counseling started in 2019, and led me to many exciting opportunities to work with diverse populations with co-occurring disorders. I obtained a Master’s of Science in Licensed Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University, and completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing. I enjoy spending time with family, and our pets. I like adventures and exploring the outdoors, and writing and photography as crafted hobbies. I specialize in Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Low-Self-Esteem, PTSD, Trauma, Career Issues, Parenting Problems, Codependency, Personality Disorders, Substance Use and Eating Disorders. I use a needs based treatment methodology and have a variety of skills to utilize including DBT, Mindfulness therapy, Trauma-based therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy. It is important to me to offer you quality care and understanding to reach the outcome you are seeking.
