I have been working with individuals 18 years and older for over 9 years. I enjoy what I do because it helps people become the person that they were created to be. I love being a part of something bigger than myself. That is where you come in. Giving me the opportunity to be in your life to assist you in your life's journey is a pleasure and honor. I know you already have talents and gifts within you that were meant for a higher purpose. I just want to help you develop those tools already in you to help you function well in life and be the best you, you can be. I do this by encompassing evidence based therapeutic tactics while working with you. I will help you dive deep into ways to emotionally cope with stressful situations. I will assist you get passed any barriers that may be standing in your way in order for you to function positively in society, using your own talents, like I said before to be the best you, you can be.
