Hello! I am Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in the state of Texas. I am currently a mental health clinician and have worked with clients seeking assistance with depression, anxiety, stress and anger management, trauma, career uncertainty and other areas of concern. I am a firm believer in the idea that sometimes we just need someone to talk to, vent, and simply pour out our thoughts, feelings and experiences. You don't have to go through this alone.

My counseling style is casual, friendly and warm. My goal is to be present for my client, promote their autonomy, and provide a safe and non-judgmental environment so they can share their story with me. We all have different stories, it all depends on the lens we are looking through. My approach combines CBT, solution-focused, reality therapy, mindfulness and DBT, and person-centered counseling. Each individual is unique and thus counseling sessions and approaches are tailored to the person's personality and needs. I am looking forward to meeting you!
