Hi there, and a warm welcome to my page! My name is Hayley Wright and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Kentucky University.

I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, as well as helping people manage and overcome anxiety, depression, grief, and mood disorders. My passion is to help bring healing to people who have been through life’s experiences that cause pain, discomfort, or loss. I help clients with a wide range of struggles to recreate healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships with others so they can emerge feeling more complete, safe, and peaceful.

I know there is not one single approach that fits every individual, so I have been trained in a few evidenced-based counseling modalities, which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR Therapy).

I believe in building a strong partnership to the therapeutic process in order for clients to feel engaged and safe. I’m proud to share that I welcome individuals of all cultures, races, spiritualities, sexual orientations, and genders.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, and hanging out with my 3 year old german shepherd named Jax.
