Hi! My name is Hayley Quinonez. I am a licensed professional counselor in Texas with over 5 years of experience working in the counseling field.
I have experience in working with clients involving a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance abuse issues, trauma, PTSD and self-esteem issues. I also have worked with people with borderline tendencies and bipolar disorder.

I truly believe that the healthiest people seek counseling. I also believe that it takes great courage and vulnerability to open up and share with another individual. I provide a safe, inviting, and comfortable atmosphere to be able to do just that. I am compassionate, empathetic, accepting and am here to support and empower my clients. Each of us are the expert in our own lives, and sometimes we need someone to walk alongside us to guide and encourage us through different seasons we find ourselves in. I use a variety of counseling techniques and approaches based on my clients individual and unique needs. Some of those techniques include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. My relationship with my clients have a foundation of respect and acceptance. I feel honored to have this job and look forward to getting to know you and walk through life's ups and downs with you!
