About

I am a bilingual (Spanish and English) therapist with over 10 yrs providing therapy in school, mental health clinics, and in the community. My experience consists of helping clients cope with issues of trauma, abuse, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, life stressors, and divorce. I am here to provide my clients a safe and supportive environment to obtain a more meaningful perspective surrounding their life challenges. I can help reduce symptom caused by trauma, anxiety, and depression.
I believe in helping my clients develop healthier thoughts and dialogue about themselves to reduce symptoms caused by either trauma or life hardships. I have an eclectic approach to therapy, utilizing evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focus Therapy, and Seeking Safety model.
I provide a supportive environment to process feelings and develop coping skills to decrease symptoms. My goal as a therapist is to help my clients heal, grow and reach their therapeutic goals. Therapy can appeared a daunting task but giving yourself a chance by calling and scheduling an appointment to begin therapy can be a life changing experience.
