Hello, my name is Ray Carrier and I’m independently licensed as a therapist. I have assisted several clients having challenges with anxiety, depression, addiction, and a variety of other challenges. I have assisted plenty clients with stress and other challenges that hasn’t involved mental health too. I believe that’s important to mention, because I believe that counseling/therapy is helpful and effective for various reasons that are mental health and not mental health related.
