I am a licensed professional clinical counselor in Minnesota with over 5 years of experience working in various positions in mental health. I have worked with individuals with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, bipolar disorder, and managing life transitions or changes.

My counseling style focusing on building rapport and working to understand the individual's definition of the problem. I believe that everyone has a story to tell and it is important to see someone as an individual rather than a diagnosis. My approach combines dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, existential therapy, and motivational interviewing. I will work with you to identify the direction you would like to take, identify goals that you have, and help with progress towards steps to achieving those goals.
