I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Life Coach licensed in the state of Colorado with over 10 years of experience.  I am here to help you find inner peace and healing. My approach is rooted in being a safe place for you to share your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs, at your own pace, without judgment. I work from a strengths-based practice, tapping into your inner strengths to create healing, helping navigate a path out of the darkness and shame stemming from everyday life, anxiety, stress, trauma, abuse, and grief. You will be heard and listened to in a kind, caring, confidential manner. My main goal is to support you, and I will provide you with concrete tools and solutions for moving forward.

I have training in stress reduction, burnout, grief and loss, spirituality, trauma, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, self-compassion, anxiety, parenting strategies, EMDR, PTSD.

I work from a strengths-based approach, with my priority being there to support you and hear you. My goal is to provide you with a strong foundation of support and help you find meaning and healing in a way that honors you.
