About

I have been a mental health counselor for over twenty years working with children and youth as well as young adults, and the aging population. I specialize in Trauma, Crisis intervention, Motivational Interviewing, Loss and Grief Therapy with individuals and families. I have worked extensively with children and youth, Families as well as the aging population. I have been a Social Work Adjunct for Weber State University and enjoy teaching and public speaking, engaging the upcoming generation of social workers for the complex needs of At Risk populations, counseling interventions, and social change. I enjoy helping people, high adventure, all sports, and spending time in the great outdoors with my family.
