I am licensed in Connecticut with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, stress, anxiety & depression. My goal is to help you build strategies to manage the overwhelming feelings you may be experiencing in your life, whether it is due to the impact of trauma, work, demands, conflicts with significant others, feeling unworthy, and so on. I believe in a client-focused and solution-based approach to work through your past and prepare for what life throws at you.
