I am a licensed therapist also certified in life coaching and group facilitation. I specialize in identity development & spiritual growth for clients who find themselves in the margins and borderlands: twentysomethings, creatives, changers.

Areas of clinical practice: lgbtq identity, relationship skills, cultivating intrinsic motivation and confidence, addressing unhelpful patterns & navigating transformational life changes. As your therapist, my role is to accompany you on the journey of re-discovering the qualities and capacities within yourself that will most support you through life's joys and challenges.
