Hi there! I am so glad you have found me and have made the first step towards positive change. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arkansas with 10 years of experience helping individuals reach their full potential. I received my Masters and Education Specialist degree in Professional Counseling at Harding University.
Over the years I have served a variety of populations in a variety of settings, including school-based, community mental health, and private practice. I have treated a multitude of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief/loss, trauma/abuse, self-esteem, shame, infertility/miscarriage, and postpartum issues. I have worked extensively with adolescents and adults who have faced trauma and as a result, have developed PTSD. I hold a special certification to provide fertility counseling to couples facing the difficulties of infertility and loss through miscarriage.

I am a Christian counselor and I believe in meeting people where they are at and acting as their guide to help them reach their goals. My approach to counseling is very holistic, as I believe in the importance of connecting the mind, body, and spirit to reach full potential. I practice from a combination of cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused counseling. I place value in a healthy therapeutic relationship that utilizes boundaries and professionalism.
